November CTMH Cross Country Blog Hop - Holly Jolly

Good Evening Blog Hoppers!  Welcome to the November Cross Canada Blog Hop.  This is a circular hop, so if you are joining from Janet's page you are in the right spot :)

For November we are featuring Close to My Heart's Holly Jolly Paper.  For this month I took inspiration from Pinterest and found this wreath by Fun365.  I changed it up a bit and created the decorative wreath using the Holly Jolly paper pack with the sticker sheet. I used the whole paper pack as well as a few pages from the mix in paper pack found in the November/December Catalog.

Thank-you for stopping by, and please continue on to Kim's page.  Happy Crafting, and enjoy the remaining pages on the Cross Canada Blog Hop.

September Blog Hop - Every Little Thing

Welcome to the September Blog Hop featuring Every Little Thing paper pack by Close to My Heart.  Thanks for joining us on this across Canada Blog Hop. This is a circular hop, so you may be joining from Janet's Blog or starting here with me. I hope you enjoy everyone's ideas and creativity.

I typically complete the workshop kits with some friends.  I then love taking the scraps and creating more layouts or cards or both.

Using the extra Every Little Thing papers, embellishments and some creative cutting, I was able to create this layout.  There is some more scraps left over so I am hoping to use them all up at a later date.

I inked the edges of all the paper in black and coloured the flower using a glitter pen .  The layout was taken from Make it From the Heart vol 3 Layout #2. (see product links below)

Hearts of the West Blog Hop - Swan Lake

Welcome to the Hearts of the West blog hop featuring Swan Lake. If you are following the hop you probably arrived from Corinna's page. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy all of the artwork!

This month's focus is on Swan Lake, what beautiful fall colours in a non-traditional pattern!  Again, I am the lover of using up scraps, I made the Work shop your way layouts and had enough for another one page layout and a few picture my life cards.  And to be honest I still have lots of scraps left haha.

This is a 12x12 layout and is sized for a 5x7 photo

Just a bit closer on the details, the hello is from one of the PML cards.

Some of the Picture My Life Cards and/or card fronts.

I will definitely use the strips at the top of the paper for paper weaving again :)

Be Happy. Good Life advice right there :)

Blessed we are family.

I found the word Great in the word Gratitude.  I wasn't sure how to use Gratitude, so I looked for other words, and Great won! (and the day was trimmed from today - talk about custom haha)

Products used are:

Swan Lake - Workshops Your Way      G1112     $34.50
The kit includes the Swan Lake Paper pack (X7212B), Swan Lake Complements (X7212C), Extra Cardstock (1-peacock, 2 whisper, and 1 white daisy), grey enamel gems (Z3089) and Black shimmer ribbon (Z4012).
